Awesome customer service I came in for a regular oil change/service, etc. and it all went as quickly and smooth as can be. I actually called ahead and spoke to Chad who agree I came in for a regular oil change/service, etc. and it all went as quickly and smooth as can be. I actually called ahead and spoke to Chad who agreed to take my business even though it was just after 5pm and it was - IS - greatly appreciated. Chad is a Service Writer who goes the extra mile and my service record is proof of just that. A couple of years ago he was the man on point with regard to my ailing (leaking excessively) power rack and pinion. He handled it with ease, worked a rental car for me and actually had to re-do the job . . . . TWICE. The original replacement was not functional and it was just more feasible to simply rebuild my original unit, so we did. Not a drop or issue since. He even followed up with a phone call to double-check on my satisfaction. Chad is the face of premium service for Sands in my opinion and he's due for a raise, isn't he? Don't let this guy get away, he handles your business like a pro should and is the model for up-and-comers to emulate. Thanks Sands and Chad especially !! More

Repair shop and crew. I know that I can trust the repair guys with no hesitation. They have worked on my truck a couple of times and have never pressured me to have more th I know that I can trust the repair guys with no hesitation. They have worked on my truck a couple of times and have never pressured me to have more than what is necessary done. They have given me written quotes and have stayed right where we agreed. My truck is a 2002 Chevy Silverado, 4 door long bed, diesel. It has over 1700000 miles on it and it is running like new, thanks to the repair guys at Sands. I would also like to thank Moe for going to bat for me and getting me a discount that was greatly needed and appreciated!
