Two extra days in the repair process due to transporting I took my SUV to Sands Surprise location for an estimate nowhere does it state in the office, on the estimate papers or did Nicki the estimator tell m I took my SUV to Sands Surprise location for an estimate nowhere does it state in the office, on the estimate papers or did Nicki the estimator tell me that my vehicle would be transported to Glendale Sands body shop on a transporter until you sign the release sheet when you drop your vehicle off for repair? With this process it adds two more days to the turn-a-round time. The repair looks good other then rubbing compound left in all the cracks. More
