Polite, knowledgeable staff = Positive customer experience I came in looking for a 2016 Silverado in a fairly specific configuration. He also sat with me searching inventory within a 250 mile radius, filling in my knowledge gaps with regard to what my package combinations/options were. I had done quite a bit of research and visited other dealerships prior to setting foot on Sands' lot, but Alfred was extremely knowledgeable and increased my understanding of configuration and purchase strategy options significantly. When in the end I changed my mind on configuration and bought across town (positive experience there as well), Alfred was very courteous and congratulatory in his follow up call with me nonetheless. I was impressed with the class and professionalism he displayed- next time I'm in the market I'll give these guys a serious look first. More

Great start and end, rough middle We started our search on the internet, and the following day, Christian called us and told us he would be able to accommodate us. We live in Prescott Valley and wanted to be sure our drive wouldn't be wasted. When we arrived, Christian was busy with another customer, so Laura was our salesperson. We test drove the car we were interested in and decided that was the car we wanted. We selected the color we liked the best, and then we started the deal. Cruise control was not an option with the standard transmission in the car we selected, so we stated we wouldn't be interested in a car without cruise control. Laura and her manager made a deal with us to include cruise control. We ended up taking our new Cruze home. We were very happy, and were just waiting for the arrangements for funding and to have the cruise control installed. After some time we made several attempts to inquire about the funding and the cruise control. We didn't hear anything back except an email from Rhonda over 2 weeks later, so we decided to show up. Once on the lot in person, we had all our questions answered, the cruise control was installed, and they gave us a loaner car to drive while they were working on the car. We now have our first ever brand-new car and are happy with our purchase. More
