Came in for a check up, I left all smiles. I came into Sands Chevrolet for my oil change and annual checkup, My Service Manager Adam Shadley brought me the news, I have an oil leak from a va I came into Sands Chevrolet for my oil change and annual checkup, My Service Manager Adam Shadley brought me the news, I have an oil leak from a valve cover onto the exhaust manifold, Front brake pads and rotters are worn out, ball joint cracked, and the control arm bushings are shot. He ran all the parts and labor ($$$$.$$). I need approval, which came quickly. Adam set me up with a loner, and said he would call with results as soon as he could. When he call back he said the work would be completed by 5:30 the next day. When I came in the next day at 5:ish, The car and work were done, the car washed, and I left All Smiles. More

Best Salesman we've ever had We honestly dreaded going into a dealership to buy a car. We have always gone into small car lots or through paper. We drove down when it was closed We honestly dreaded going into a dealership to buy a car. We have always gone into small car lots or through paper. We drove down when it was closed to check out the Traverse and then went to your lot to see if we wanted it as much as before. Then we find out as we got out of the car there were two identical 2012 Traverse vehicles. Israel pulled them both forward so that we could walk around them both and compare. He opened doors to let us get in and out, compare. He let us know it was all about preferences, full second seat or split with bucket seats. We had our own financing but Israel also explained dealer financing in case we liked that, saved us some %. He was personable so that we connect withe smoothness of purchasing without coming home with second thoughts. AND we really like our 2012 Traverse, a lot! More
