We drove down when it was closed to check out the Traverse and then went to your lot to see if we wanted it as much as before. Then we find out as we got out of the car there were two identical 2012 Traverse vehicles. Israel pulled them both forward so that we could walk around them both and compare. He opened doors to let us get in and out, compare. He let us know it was all about preferences, full second seat or split with bucket seats. We had our own financing but Israel also explained dealer financing in case we liked that, saved us some %. He was personable so that we connect withe smoothness of purchasing without coming home with second thoughts. AND we really like our 2012 Traverse, a lot! More

Excellent I was loyal to another brand vehicle for many years, however due an accident the vehicle was totaled and I made a purchase that was unwise costly, an I was loyal to another brand vehicle for many years, however due an accident the vehicle was totaled and I made a purchase that was unwise costly, and also cause unsafe health issue. I called Sands Chevrolet in a panic, unsure what to do since the previous dealership would not help with the problem. I met the sales staff at Sands Chevrolet Marshall, Jon, Beau, and Chris explained the issue and was asked to come right over so they could try and help. That was the best thing that had happened since the accident. They also confirmed the issue with the car purchased and helped me with a new purchase. I loved my new car, the service I have received is beyond what I had experienced since my car that was totaled. Recently I had to exchange the car and they went the extra mile to meet my needs. My new car is great, and I have received the same great service along with a thank from sales Manager, Service Department checking on my status with the car. Thanks to all of you for the extra mile, and you also Mr. Sands for having a good team of workers to carry on that tradition that is a lost art. I will not hesitate to refer others for their vehicle search, or service work. Thanks PS.
