Quick Service On my way to work, the check engine light came on. I managed to make it to work, where I contacted my Service Writer, Adam Shadley . He told me to have the car towed, not to drive it and let him know when the car was on it's way. Once my car arrived at Sands, they diagnosed the problem quickly, got the repairs approved through my warranty company, contacted me to let me know what the problems were and had a loaner car ready for me that afternoon. My car was fixed and ready to go by the next day. More

service I set up an appointment to take my Silverado in for 6000 mile service, oil change and tire rotation. I gave instructions to use torque wrench on lug n I set up an appointment to take my Silverado in for 6000 mile service, oil change and tire rotation. I gave instructions to use torque wrench on lug nuts they used torque stick which is not what I requested. They rotated tires but did not check tire pressure or tire balance. They did top off all fluids and with as little as they did it took 3 hours to complete which is not expectable More
