I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN Went in to buy my 4th vehicle from Sands and this was my worst experience yet. I refused to sign which by law they have to give trade back, they ended up taking me outta the Malibu and putting me in a cruze and I love it. Brian P (sales manager) is an amazing understanding gentlemen. Sean Murphy is an awesome sales guy Steven Yglesias (sales manager) is VERY disrespectful, I walked out of the dealership crying because of him and he wouldn't even give me general managers name. Needless to say Brian P. Smoothed things over but it will be 100% better after I talk to general manager on Monday. More

Words put into action I haven't had my own car in over 10hrs. I called into Sands because I wanted to get a roundabout idea for a down payment. My sales rep Angel asked me to come on in because there are some $0 down options. Knowing my credit wasn't the best, I was skeptical but I needed a car to get to work on time. After a bit of work on the sales teams end and work on my part. I have a new car, with the additional help of a co-signer and a following week down payment. Needless to say, I got a car and it was $0 down. I'm very grateful as I am also on the road to rebuilding my credit. More

Very helpful and understanding I went in to see about a new Chevy Silverado. I wanted to get a truck that had a smaller engine and had better gas mileage. They brought conditions do I went in to see about a new Chevy Silverado. I wanted to get a truck that had a smaller engine and had better gas mileage. They brought conditions down to where I was comfortable signing for a truck, mind you they stayed till way after closing time, and I traded in my truck for a brand new 1500 double cab Chevy Silverado. But when I went home and did some figuring, I figured that the truck payment would not be worth having the low gas mileage for. So I took it back and asked for my old truck back and after a while of doing what they had to do, they were able to do just that. They had even told me they might not even be able to give it back to me because the buying process had already gone through, but they worked at it and were able to get it done. So I have my old truck back, but I still do want another truck that has lower mileage and it is very possible that when I can afford the higher payment that I will go back and buy again. These guys went above and beyond to help me buy the new truck, and when I was not comfortable with it they went above and beyond to give me my old truck back. They really are not out to get you or get you into a situation that you are not comfortable with, they will work with you and on a scale of 1 to 10 on honesty they would get 10 every time. More
