Fantastic experience, no BS. I contacted Sands after a horrible experience with Chapman and Thorobred. Paul and Alfonso were able to get me qualified over the phone for the vehicl I contacted Sands after a horrible experience with Chapman and Thorobred. Paul and Alfonso were able to get me qualified over the phone for the vehicle I wanted, and I was able to show up and leave with the truck within two hours of arriving at the dealership. The only reason I was even there that long was due to an issue with the truck not having a feature I requested upon arrival, but Paul made it right immediately with no questions asked. I had similar issues at Chapman and Thorobred, but each time the sales managers just stared at me with dumbfounded looks offering no solution other than "it is what it is". Sands also gave me $500 more for my trade in than Champan or Thorobred while keeping me at the same monthly price they offered. I live in far east Apache Junction, and drove clear to Glendale over having to spend any more time messing around with the dealerships in the East Valley, and I'm glad I did. Don't even waste your time with the other guys. Go to Sands, and ask for Paul and Alfonso. More
