We soon also met with sales associate Matthew Lopez who took the lead to navigate my husband and I through the entire process until I had the car keys in my hand the next day. I was initially disappointed that my color choice for the white 2015 Chevy Traverse that I had seen advertised was not available, but a very acceptable option was located. Antonio and Matthew gave me a "tour" of the car functions inside and out and very patiently answered all of my many, many questions. It had been 17 years since my last new car purchase and a lot of technology has been made available since then. I was also insistent that I test drive the car I intended to buy which sealed the deal. I am very happy with the car so far and the follow up service I received today when my new car mats were installed and additional key fob programmed. The only constructive advise I would offer is that customers should be informed of the overall process of completing the necessary paperwork for licensing, purchase price settlement, credit checks, etc. which took several additional hours. As a retiree, that wasn't an issue for me, but I would have appreciated a checklist of the process steps that would need to be completed. I'm really big on checklists for getting things done and follow through! My hubby will confirm that. More

After telling him I just purchased a used car from Sands 3 months ago and that I didn't I was working with Chris Allgeyer this past Friday (8/28/15). After telling him I just purchased a used car from Sands 3 months ago and that I didn't have the best credit at this time; I never thought he could do what he was saying he could; that I could actually get into a brand new car. He is very friendly and personable., his confidence actually spilled over onto me and I started feeling assured he could make this happened. I found everyone I came in contact with at the dealership to be just as friendly and outgoing, and they didn't have anything to do with the actual sell. I drove away that day in my BRAND NEW CAR! It was such a positive experience I even sent my daughter in to talk with Chris and she to is now driving her own new car. Sands was such a pleasant experience I will be telling all my friends about it! Already planning my next car purchase in couple years there to go back and upgrade my 2015 Malibu to loaded version.
