I came here with the intention to have my purchase needs met. Not a bunch of hype or run around, I wanted to be taken care of. My experience began the day prior to my visit at the Glendale store. I got a call from Mr. Ramon Grijalva, a sales representative who remembered me from my last purchase of a Chevy Cobalt a year ago. Ramon explained to me how valued I was as a continued customer at Sands Chevrolet which made me feel special. Then when I was met by Mr Antonio BoBo at the front door, he made me feel that I was important! Important enough that the original sales person that I was to meet was serving another customer who arrived ahead of me, Antonio said that he would make sure that I was taken care of with the highest degree of personalized service and care that I was promised to receive. He went on to let me know that they work in harmony as a team here at Sand Chevrolet and that the goal is to make sure that every customer is taken care of. From that point on, it was degree after degree of personal attention all the way to signing the last document on my purchase of a 2015 Chevy Malibu, handing over the key and explaining the operation of every nuance of my 2015 Chevy Malibu. I have been involved in direct sales my self for over twenty years and I know what to expect, but this experience with Antonio BoBo was over the top.
