Little to no knowledge of features 5/1/15 New sales. I saw a video on a large LCD screen showing features of gadgets installed in some vehicles. There was no volume or closed caption t 5/1/15 New sales. I saw a video on a large LCD screen showing features of gadgets installed in some vehicles. There was no volume or closed caption to understand what is going on with these blinking lights on the display of vehicles and/or buttons on the steering wheel, When I talked with three people there, two just said verbally that one of the features is adaptive radar cruise control type thing. The third one was too newly hired to have knowledge of features. When I asked if I could see the video with volume, perhaps in a room somewhere, they said it was not available. One did try to find a brochure, but couldn't find one that shows what the features do. I was told my best bet is to get on the internet and go to YouTube to learn about it. Thanks. Goodbye then. I'm out the door. More
