Stephen was great to work with. I came into the dealership Thursday night not really looking to get into a car because I didn't know if I was credit worthy. Informative friendly experience with no hassle My wife and I needed to get a new car for her to drive to work and had narrowed it down to the Cruze ECO and Hyundai Elantra Limited. We met Doug Will My wife and I needed to get a new car for her to drive to work and had narrowed it down to the Cruze ECO and Hyundai Elantra Limited. We met Doug Williams and he showed us the car and had us do a test drive. I really liked his approach, very personable and knew how to answer our questions about the car. He was informative but not to pushy the way some sale people can be. This car was for my wife so she had the final decision and liked the Elantra a little better. Now the difference was, the sale person from Hyundai rubbed me the wrong way and didn't listen to us and kind of treated us like he knew more what we wanted than we did. I wouldn't have bought a car from him at all but the wife liked it best. That is why I am writing this review because I would buy a car from Doug any day just for the way he treated us. I guess I will need to start complaining about my pickup so maybe my wife will let me buy a new truck from Doug. Thanks for making our shopping experience a pleasure and we will be back. Oh, on a side note I wanted to see what service was like so went and talked to a service guy named Chad and he was great, too. More
