Bought A Silverado I went to Sands Chevrolet in Glendale and was just wandering around the lot while my 2005 Silverado was in Service. A salesman named Jon approached me I went to Sands Chevrolet in Glendale and was just wandering around the lot while my 2005 Silverado was in Service. A salesman named Jon approached me and while i usually would have blown the salesman off he was not pushy, or typical and was just about talking to me. We chatted for a few minutes about what I owned and what I liked and didn't like about my truck. Jon then presented the new silverado to me in a way that made it all about my needs and not just a generic view, then we drove and I knew I was in trouble. Jon was upfront about all the incentives and discounts and worked to get me a fair number for my trade. I am very happy with my 2014 Silverado and the experience at Sands I would recommend Jon to all my friends and family. More

He never pushed anything on us and instead asked us what we wanted to do - I never once had to turn around and go, "But that's not what I said I wanted" (and I usually have to do that at dealerships) In the end, we decided on something we liked and he worked to get the finances set in a way that we could both afford and felt good about.
