He was very informative and honest about the vehicle we were looking at. He started by asking us why we were looking for a new car and about what features we wanted. He never pressured us to buy the vehicle and was sincerely looking to help us buy the vehicle WE wanted. He even suggested that we should continue to look for a different vehicle if we didn't find just what we were looking for.
