Art and the manager of Sands were so easy to work with. I was estatic. It is beatiful and rides lilke a cadillac. I am a short woman. My man has to put steps on it or an elevator. Horrible service after sale and bad install I have been trying to get my leather seat repaired that was damaged upon delivery for the last 6 months. The service department won't call back whe I have been trying to get my leather seat repaired that was damaged upon delivery for the last 6 months. The service department won't call back when you leave messages and when you do get ahold of them they say they need to look into it but still never call back. To top it off the bedliner that they installed was not installed properly and has gaps all around the perimeter and a hole in the bottom. Want that fixed to if they ever call me back. Totally unacceptable!! More
