Needed a 4 door 1500 chevolet pick up truck, not white ! Art was wonderful. He immediately knew our need. He knew his inventory. Art and the manager of Sands were so easy to work with. I was estatic. It is beatiful and rides lilke a cadillac. I am a short woman. My man has to put steps on it or an elevator. That gorgeous truck is way above the crowd. I love it. I love the treatment we got at SANDS. More

Horrible service after sale and bad install I have been trying to get my leather seat repaired that was damaged upon delivery for the last 6 months. The service department won't call back whe I have been trying to get my leather seat repaired that was damaged upon delivery for the last 6 months. The service department won't call back when you leave messages and when you do get ahold of them they say they need to look into it but still never call back. To top it off the bedliner that they installed was not installed properly and has gaps all around the perimeter and a hole in the bottom. Want that fixed to if they ever call me back. Totally unacceptable!! More

Continual record I've dealt with Sands service dept for mostly routine maintenance for at least five years but have been disturbed by several lack of care. The most I've dealt with Sands service dept for mostly routine maintenance for at least five years but have been disturbed by several lack of care. The most recent: Our 2010 Malibu had 2 recall notices and we noticed a brake light was out. Took it in on scheduled appointment and was told their charge to replace the bulb would be $72.00 !!!! Yes a bulb for the tailight is $72.00. Matt the service advisor even smiled as he told me the price. Needless to say we left after repairs. were made under the recall and I took the car to my independent garage and it was replaced for $1.79. Never again will we be back even for a recall, plenty of other gm dealers here. More
