Got Just What I Wanted! I mentioned to Richard that I may be interested in purchasing an HHR. He would let me know whenever one came in on a trade. After a few that weren't w I mentioned to Richard that I may be interested in purchasing an HHR. He would let me know whenever one came in on a trade. After a few that weren't what I really wanted (blue and under 100K miles), the right car showed up. I met with Alfred and we agreed on a deal, papers were signed and money exchanged. As the car had just been acquired and not fully inspected yet, I was disappointed to hear that the car of my dreams was not going to be for sale due to a prior accident that caused damage to the frame. There was however a blue 2011 HHR at the Surpise location. Alfred took me over there and we took a test drive. Long story short, I got a car, same year and model with 10K miles less and upgraded trim for the same price that we had agreed on for the first vehicle. Yes, I am a very happy customer. What I got was better than exactly what I wanted! More
