Need to be prepared before shopping I went to shop for a used car. I received a tour of their lot of used cars. Unfortunately, the variety of vehicles were approximately 75% Malibu's, 10 I went to shop for a used car. I received a tour of their lot of used cars. Unfortunately, the variety of vehicles were approximately 75% Malibu's, 10% Cruze's, 4% Impala's, 11% other of the approximately 150 cars in their lot older than 2015. Their website shows Ford's and Dodge too, but those are either in their back lot or at their sister dealership in Surprise. So call before going to see a particular model to make sure which location actually has it. My apology to staff for taking up time as I kept pondering what to do next with such a small selection. It would be better to research as much as possible for everything a shopper might want, because salesmen and managers won't show the interest in trying to find something for you, especially if the shopper looks like he/she is poorly dressed. More

Good thing is that there are coupons out there, so look for them. But read the fine print as "maintenance" service may not likely be covered under guise of a service discount. If you go anywhere else while under warranty, be sure to save the receipts itemizing the services to show no neglect in car care. More

Putting the Customer First over the Sale I’d rather pay a visit to the dentist versus buying a car. The pushy sales tactics, the “this deal is only good today” lines they feed you, and the o I’d rather pay a visit to the dentist versus buying a car. The pushy sales tactics, the “this deal is only good today” lines they feed you, and the overall lack of detail to understanding what the customer needs. I went to Sands and was greeted by Stephen Yglesias who helped me through the entire process versus trying to push or force me through. I originally wanted an Impala but my budget wasn’t in agreement with that. Stephen was very patient and showed me a Malibu, which at first I thought was the old ‘"put’em in something" routine. Stephen was very knowledgeable about both cars and was attentive to my needs as a customer and took his time to point out many of the features I needed were available in the Malibu at a better price point. After test driving I liked the car but hadn’t found the right Malibu. Stephen worked relentlessly to find me the “right” Malibu with the features I needed and didn’t stop until he found it. Stephen made the experience far less painful than I imagined and both I and my wallet are happy with the purchase. I got exactly what I wanted in the Malibu at a price that my budget agreed with, and better gas mileage over the Impala. Well done Stephen! More

This all started with a phone call after an internet request for information. Chuck and his sales Manager were very helpful in my search for a truck that meet my needs.
