Went in not hoping for much.. I went not hoping for much since I didn’t go in with too good of credit, and a big hunky mess of a car that I myself knew was a mistake. I really gotta give it to him and his team making sure to above and beyond trying to get deserving people in a new car. Chuck made sure to keep me in the loop, answered all my questions upfront and making sure no loose ends were left untied before I “signed my life away” lol. Going in thinking I’d be a lost cause I came out a winner. Chuck really pulled for me in getting me into the car I really wanted (14 Chevy Sonic…best dang decision ever, gas saver and then some!).
