He was very patient, helpful, and when I couldn't find what I wanted he showed me a truck that had recently come in on a trade. There were a couple of other vehicles that he had already showed me and he did not try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. This was refreshing as I had already been to a few other lots where the sales person was pushing me to test drive vehicles in which I was not even interested in. Joe went above and beyond and even managed to get a broken armrest in the vehicle I purchased fixed. He made no promises that he couldn't keep. My father who has been in sales for forty plus years was very impressed with how Joe treated us. A good sales person is a problem solver and that's Joe.
