I came in to visit the parts department to price out my stolen lug nut covers on my old '04 Malibu and Chris was great to work with on my card deal. I came in to visit the parts department to price out my stolen lug nut covers on my old '04 Malibu and got sidetracked looking at the new models. Chris offered to show me what was new on the Malibu's and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When he offered to check out what kind of deal he could get for me he did not push and made the experience a very agreeable one when car buying experiences in my past have not been so agreeable. While I never got the price of the lug nut covers, I did drive away with a new car! To seal the deal on great service, Chris drove my old car home for me. More
