A great experience, and great customer service!! I have been looking for a car for the past 2 months. After going to 10 different car lots, I came across Sands Chevy back in April 2014. I was approac I have been looking for a car for the past 2 months. After going to 10 different car lots, I came across Sands Chevy back in April 2014. I was approached by Christian Ramirez, very friendly, professional and outgoing salesperson. He showed me different vehicles, and I was undecided on what I wanted. He was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. He showed me a couple of trucks that I was interested in, but I decided to come back at a later date.. He provided me with his business card and told me to give him a call if I were to find a better deal somewhere else. I appreciated that very much, it gave me a sense that he had my best interest and really wanted to help me out. A month later, I started looking at cars again at different car lots but none of the sales personnel were as knowledgeable, patient and positive as christian was. I dug in my wallet and luckily found his business card, called him and he asked me to come on over to the lot. He showed me a truck that i fell in love with!! He worked with me for hours until I was happy. Him and his manager Mr. Jellow were great and very sweet at that. Its good to see that your team works well with each other, it makes a good work environment, not only for your business but for the clientele as well. My last car purchase at a different lot was very stressful but this time it was a breeze. :) One of the guys there even sang me " happy bday song" for my belated birthday. It was great, I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family, and will make sure to refer them to Christian Ramirez. Thanks again More

Great Service I recently just went to go look and see what kind of prices I can get for a new/used vehicle. But Christian changed my mind on just looking, to actual I recently just went to go look and see what kind of prices I can get for a new/used vehicle. But Christian changed my mind on just looking, to actually upgrading from a 2002 Volkswagen golf to a 2012 Malibu.. He got me at a price I was comfortable with which I know wasn't easy to get but he made it happen. Overall experience at sands and with Christian was a great one and I would defiantly go back to upgrade to even better vehicle with Christian at Sands Chevrolet in Glendale. More

Kyle the Salesman One summer afternoon my husband received a call from Kyle inquiring about our Cobalt we had in your shop earlier in the month for a recall repair. Th One summer afternoon my husband received a call from Kyle inquiring about our Cobalt we had in your shop earlier in the month for a recall repair. They discussed the Cobalt and maybe purchasing another vehicle. Before I knew it Mr. Brown was on his way down to meet and discuss the value of our Cobalt with Kyle. Before long I received a phone call from Mr. Brown wanting my SS#. I said what are you doing buying a car? He said well Kyle and I are discussing it. Kyle got on the phone and asked if he could bring the vehicle out for me to look at. Of course I agreed. What woman wouldn't agree to a new car. Soon they were at our house sporting a beautiful flashy red Chevrolet Cruze. Before I knew it I was in the Cruze on my way to Sands Chevrolet to purchase this beautiful car. Kyle made us feel at ease with all the paperwork. He is very intelligent and a pleasure to work with. We are 70 and he treated us like we were his parents making sure we understood everything. He escorted us over to meet Erik Lard the finance person and he too was very friendly and made sure we understood every paper we signed.
