Sonic Twins Review Originally we went to the dealership for service on my mothers Chevy Cruze, due to her having issues with the Cruze she no longer felt safe in the veh Originally we went to the dealership for service on my mothers Chevy Cruze, due to her having issues with the Cruze she no longer felt safe in the vehicle. It turned out the car was part of the recall and my mom was able to trade it in for a new vehicle with Chevy providing assistance due to her no longer being safe. We wouldn't have known this and would have fixed the vehicle and went on our way had the sales team and service team ignored my mothers feelings of no longer feeling safe. She had gotten the bad egg of the batch is all I can come up with, but Chris and the sales team did research and found a way to get my mother into a new vehicle that she felt comfortable with with little money down while maintaining her payment low. What can I say Chris is good at what he does he got me to purchase a new vehicle after much deliberation, with myself weighting the pros and cons. I had wanted to wait till a later date but in the long run turned out to be the best decision. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle and neither did my mom. Chris was very intuitive to our needs and ensured that we got what we were looking for. Long story short I ended up purchasing a Sonic (different color from my mom of course) and am very happy that I did. It was an adjustment to make from an Equinox but a good adjustment in the long run. More
