He found the perfect vehicle for my daughter, the Chevy Sonic, because he took the time to listen and understand what she wanted out of her vehicle. He treated us like two individuals instead of just customers. He did everything he could do get us into the vehicle that we loved at a price we could afford! Double Blessings! Stephen Yglesias actually helped my parents and I purchase new vehicles. He was VERY PATIENT with my parents and very accommodating with me. It star Stephen Yglesias actually helped my parents and I purchase new vehicles. He was VERY PATIENT with my parents and very accommodating with me. It started at the dealership and ended at the tent sale with two new vehicles purchased, a 2014 Tahoe for me and a 2014 Equinox for my parents. My Dad is 83 and my Mom is 80. I thought I was challenging, but he had his hands full with my Dad. Stephen answered every question with respect and consideration for my Dad. He found exactly what we both wanted and needed and didn't try to push us into anything more or less than what we wanted. Once we made up our minds, he walked us through the title and financing process, which my Dad was not looking forward to. Needless to say, the process was seamless and my Dad was very happy with his Silver Equinox. In fact, he made Stephen laugh by expressing HIGH HO SILVER at the time of final purchase. My Dad is a Western movie buff! I do want to add that we brought our vehicles in the week after purchase for final detailing and Stephen's demeanor with us did not change, he was still as helpful and accommodating as he was the day I first met him at the dealership. He went over every aspect of our new vehicles from front to back with patience, humor and friendliness. I felt he really cared about his customers, even after he made the sale. That is hard to find in a dealership employee. Overall, what was an experience both my parents and I were not looking forward to, the purchase of new vehicles, Stephen in his quiet way made the experience very nice and very exciting in the end.
