Very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly took our needs into consideration. Thanks Jon! Beau was very good at meeting our needs not only with pricing, but with getting the financial paperwork done in a timely fashion as we did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership that day. Rhonda and the service department I give my hat off too. There were some things that needed to be addressed with the car and Rhonda and the service department took very good care of us. I felt like it was Christmas morning when Adam, my service adviser, handed me the keys to my car and did the final walk around of my car before I took it home. Good job everyone! More

From the time I walked up to just view the 2014 Chevy Cruz until the time I left the dealership, he worked very diligently to answer my questions and ultimately help see if I can get approved for this vehicle. He was cognizant of my first-time car buying, and made me feel at ease and not pressured. He worked with my credit and ended up getting me a great deal. If I had a question, he was quick to find the answer. He is honest and up front which is hard to find in sales. He was very patient with me as I can be very difficult and felt no pressure to buy. I happen to have some experience with the cruze and it's capabilites due to the fact that my sister owns a 2012 cruze. It's an amazing car mileage and style wise. I can honestly say that this has been one of the best experiences that I have had. Overall Picture I purchased/leased a vehicle at the beginning of December, and they were willing to work with me even though I was not an "easy" sale. I wanted a cer I purchased/leased a vehicle at the beginning of December, and they were willing to work with me even though I was not an "easy" sale. I wanted a certain payment amount, and I was willing to leave if I didn't get it. (Hence the lease vs. sale.) They were able to come within shooting range of the price I asked for with a small down payment. However, I had to sign the paperwork 3 times over a period of over 2 months to finally get it go through. They didn't tell me some things during the paperwork snafu's that as an astute buyer I figured out on my own, but one was to their credit in a very big way. They made a payment + a tiny bit for me out of their own coffers. This in and of itself made the whole experience a positive one. More

Lol he was running Round the building in dress shoes (which we all know dress shoes and running... No good!) just so I was satisfied. He knew what I wanted and made sure I got it! He was great when it can to figuring out the financial part of it too and even got us great rating! If I had to do it again I know job would be the guy I would go to! He wasn't pushy or rude which we all know some sales men can be! He took the time to get to know what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure that's what I got! Thank u soo much Jon!
