After buying the wrong truck the sales man told me was a v8 that turned out to be a v6. Ben Wolfe called me in and him and the sales manager worked out a fantastic deal and I ended up with an awesome truck v8 that turned out to be a v6. He took the time to explain everything about the truck. Alex was a good guy but he needs more knowledge of what you have to offer and what he is selling just needs more training. while all the staff was super friendly i didnt like how i seemed to be passed around/introduced to so many people. i met at least 5 people and my sales man didnt seem to know what he needed to do for all the seemed to be passed around/introduced to so many people. i met at least 5 people and my sales man didnt seem to know what he needed to do for all the paperwork because he would disapper for 10+ minutes leaving me alone while he figured out what to do.the finance guy came out to ask my saleperson a question about my work info and made up an excuse that the paper he did before was steped on then shreded cuz it was dirty but i know it was a lie because i was never asked about my work or pay. when i tried to leave to go pick up the down payment money i was told that i had to use one of the dealership cars to be drivin to my house by my salesperson, and then thebank and back which made me uncomfortable and upset. i didnt want to take a stranger to my house and when i said i would take the car i came in to go, alone, i had to argue. so i got mad and left. then i got a call later from my insurance company and she told me that the dealership was freaking out because they thought i had taken the dealership car. it was so confused and chaotic of an experience that if i didnt desperately need a car at that moment i wouldnt have suffered through it. More

We walked into Sands and was greeted by Gary and we told him what we wanted and he had just what my husband wanted and we left there that night with the truck and came back a couple days later to get the tr him what we wanted and he had just what my husband wanted and we left there that night with the truck and came back a couple days later to get the truck washed and filled up and to take care of a few minor things that needed to be done. Gary is a very friendly guy and he worked with us to get what we wanted. Yes I would buy from this dealership again. My experience at Sands was very good. I had met with Charles Madden. I explained to him I was a mom and needed some space and nothing to tight.He showed me a nice line of cars in my price range with not Charles Madden.
