I had seen the Buick on the Sands website and found out it was at the Surprise location. When I expressed it's too far for me to see , Aurelio was quick to respond and said , " no problem, I can bring the it was at the Surprise location. Everyone there is very nice and friendly starting from the sales consultants all the way up to the managers. WOW, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They changed my SIGNED contract three weeks after we purchased a 2014 Camaro ZL1. Jacked my interest rate from 2.9 to 3.9%. The worst is, they hadn't payed off my SIGNED contract three weeks after we purchased a 2014 Camaro ZL1. Jacked my interest rate from 2.9 to 3.9%. The worst is, they hadn't payed off my trade in. A Lamborgini Galladro SE. Then they shorted the pay off by nearly $400. My credit got dinged since the payment was late and when I called Joel and Eric Lard, Eric said he would call me back in 5 Min. I'm still waiting for his call 6 days later and after two more calls from me. A call to the pay off department has also gone unreturned. These guys are liars and scam artists. DO NOT EVEN GO TO SAND'S CHEVROLET!!!! Better yet, go buy a Mustang or a Challenger!!! I have never seen such unprofessionalism from ANY dealership…EVER. The sad thing is, I would wager if the owner's knew the behavior of a few employees, they would likely be irate and send these scam artists to the street. In the mean time, us customers get SCREWED!!! More
My overall rating for Sands Chevrolet was "ok". This was my first car buying experience, I was hoping for a pleasant one but that didnt work out so well. I applied for a Nissan Cube on Wednesday Ja This was my first car buying experience, I was hoping for a pleasant one but that didnt work out so well. I applied for a Nissan Cube on Wednesday January 29th, came back on the 30th to finance it. During the test drive Charles Madden noted a small crack in the windshield and needed some detail cleaning inside. The first incident, when i arrived on the 30th, was when the service department was "detailing" my car, Charles told me they closed the trunk to hard and broke the trunk lock. The part had to be ordered, should be here tomorrow, January 31st, no problem. Headed to the finance dept and sat with Marie Paliganoff. Unfortunately I must have interrupted her job with work because she didnt engage in any conversation, didnt give me any information on my contract and explained absolutely nothing to me about my contract, not even the interest rate. Not to waste my time on her, I left hoping to pick up my car the next day. The 31st comes, Charles tells the part will be in on Monday, February 3rd. The tint will be darker and the small crack in the windshield will all be taken care of at that time. Now its February 3rd, I get a call the lock is done but the tint and windshield will be done first thing on February 4th. I spoke with Charles Madden on the 4th, he said my car is ready come by at 7pm. 7pm goes by...no Charles Madden, I call and inform him I'm heading to finance and to have someone explain my contract to me. Eric Lard took as little 5 minutes to explain everything, answer my questions and also signed me up for gap insurance which Marie Palignoff never bothered to do. I appreciated Eric's customer service and time. After finance, about an hour later Charles decides to tell me that my vehicle is locked up in collision. I walked out. Feb 5th, almost a 7 days after i purchase this vehicle, I decide to contact collision as soon as they open to pick up my vehicle at 10am. Anna Lemuas in collision apoligized on behalf of the company and was very professional. I enjoyed her customer service as well and drove away in my new to me car. About an hour after I pick up my car, i received a text from Charles Madden asking if i would like him to deliver my car to me.....i responded if he can find it go right ahead..... During my drive home later that night, as I'm driving on the 101 freeway, I notice something dragging underneath my nissan cube. Turns out to be the undercarriage cover, that someone never bothered to screw back on. A couple of days later, the customer service manager contacts me on how to resolve all of these issues, they provided me with a full tank of gas, the actual detailing of the car and screwing the undercarriage cover back on correctly. Now February 19, Marie Palignoff calls to inform me i need the most recent financial information, again...I faxed my paperwok over to her dept around 1030, called and left a message, no response. Refaxed and called her again around 3pm, was on hold about 4 times with Megan the receptionist, I finally asked if anyone is in finance, can they just tell me if my fax is received....apparently Marie is with a customer and everyone in finance is in a meeting. I ask to be transferred to Charles Madden, Everett in Internet Elite answers, informs me Charles is off today and fax those items to him. I informed him that doesnt solve the issue of my personal information being faxed multiple times to who knows where and hung up.... More
