I've been considering replacing a GMC Envoy for a while now and over the past week or so have visited several other dealerships. Each of those experiences was less than satisfactory for a number of r while now and over the past week or so have visited several other dealerships. Each of those experiences was less than satisfactory for a number of reasons. After learning your dealership had both new and used Suburbans, the vehicle I thought would best suit my needs, we arrived on your doorstep. Initially we worked with Troy who was very helpful. Due to a previously scheduled appointment, he ask Fernando to show us a variety of vehicles. As we were walking across your lot, he asked what my requirements were and what I needed a vehicle to do. After outlining in basic terms what my requirements were, he asked if I considered a truck adding they had taken in a 2013 Silverado with very low miles, a camper shell, bed liner & mat with heated seats - a must for me - and many other wonderful options including a tow package. His insights were right on the mark! We never looked at another vehicle. We didn't have to. We bought this one. The next morning I returned to the dealership to go over the various operating systems. This is where Eric was added to the mix. Just as with Troy and Fernando, Eric was cheerful, helpful, described how everything worked, answered questions although I really did not have many after his briefing and when I left, I was very satisfied with your personnel, your dealership and my new truck! I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to deal with "good people!" More
