I was buying the truck for work and had a very specific list of "musts" for the vehicle. Last summer, my old car broke down. I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting it fixed, so I decided to buy a new one. I had heard great things about Sands, so I decided to give that a try. I walked in as a first time buyer and was very hesitant about the entire process. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Stephen. He let me explain to him what it was that I was looking for and he was able to take it from there. He was very friendly and patient. Not once did he rush me to make any decisions. Before actually looking at cars, he explained to me the entire process and how buying a car from a dealership worked. After that, we walked the lot to see if any cars interested me. I actually fell in love with the first car that he showed me, and even though we did check some other ones out, I ended up coming back to that one. Throughout the entire process, Stephen was a true professional. He definitely knew what he was doing and was able to help me find a perfect car for me. Again, Stephen was very patient with me. He also tried really hard to make me feel comfortable and gain my trust. His great sense of humor also contributed to making the experience a pleasant one.
