Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

I was browsing the lot when Chaed Ellison came up and helped me look at a few different cars (Cruze and Malibu). I didn't really want anything fancy but I was so impressed with Chaed. He could tell that I wasn't the type to look at the engines and how fast it goes so he concentrated on what was important to me, like MPG and the sound system. I did not buy it this time, but as soon as I am ready, I will DEFINITELY go to Chaed Ellison. He's great! More

Matt Honai was an excellent person. Not only was he able to get us a deal on two cars, he delivered them to us without the hassle of sales people, discouragement or the middle people. I shopped at 3 dealerships before sands Glendale. I want very specific car a yellow camaro with black strips, at these 3 dealerships they were trying to pressure me into buying different car. LNG story short I met with waseem my sales man at sands Glendale and he was great, found me the camaro I am looking for, I paid the price I want to pay with no hassle at all, the staff there were very helpful. I came into the dealership and was greeted by a nice young man named Alex. He was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted. He provided exceptional customer service and was overly nice. I have dealt with new and used car salesmen all over the country and this is how a car buying experience should be, from the time I pulled onto the lot until I drove off I did not meet anybody in the dealership that was not interested making this a pleasant experience. ***** UPDATE ***** To take nothing away from Bill, but unfortunately the after the sales service has gone off the rails. I traded in my previous car for the car that I got and Sands filled out the paperwork to transfer the plates from the old car to the newer car. Now THREE weeks after the sale, the MVD is threatening to suspend my registration and license plates because I no longer carry insurance on the car I traded in. And when I spoke to a MVD representative they have received NO paperwork from Sands Chevrolet to title, register or transfer the plates from the previous car to the newer car. THREE WEEKS and the MVD has received NO paperwork. I do not know what Sands is doing, but I do no this is TOTALLY UNACCEPABLE and I can not in good conscience recommend Sands Chevrolet if they can not do a simple thing like complete the paperwork! We recently visited Sands Chevrolet on 7/18/13 to purchase a new vehicle. It was such a pleasure being able to drive onto the lot, open your car door, and not have someone approach you as soon as you purchase a new vehicle. After looking at the inventory of cars and making our choice of vehicle. Doug then presented all the options in purchasing the vehicle, we were also interested in the leasing option. We were then able to decide which was our best option. It was the BEST experience ever from start to finish.
