I purchased a car on 7/21/2013 from there because ben told me great tales from beyond the worlds that he got me approved at a UNGODLY rate. Then come to find out they messed up the vin number on ALL the told me great tales from beyond the worlds that he got me approved at a UNGODLY rate. Then come to find out they messed up the vin number on ALL the forms and i guess they didnt get a approval AT ALL. another manager basically even said he wouldnt have even done the deal it was that jacked up. when we went back to the dealership to fix the papers they told us in a RUDE way that we were declined. and what makes it better is that they forced us to drive ALL THE WAY HOME to get the license plate because they didnt tell us we were unwinding! another WE PUT 500 DOWN AS A SPLIT DOWN PAYMENT...well When a unwind happens your not supposed to cash a check from the down payment...long behold ben was to busy eating that I am out 250 out of my account currently. Maddy is another story from the first time I met him he was rude, sarcastic, and just mean. then when it came time for the unwind he avoided us at all cost. then troy was great until the deal was unwinding...then he played houdini and VANASHED Seriously dont let them build your hopes unless you have a approval do not buy a car from this dealership More
