I had a good experience and have ha my car for about 3 months now. But a fair warning, I like I'm sure a lot of people didn't read my contract before I signed it so make sure to read it as after a couple months now. But a fair warning, I like I'm sure a lot of people didn't read my contract before I signed it so make sure to read it as after a couple months I finally read it and found a combination of $586.31 in BS hidden fees. Would I buy from them again most likely but will I double check my contract before I sign most definitely. Make sure all the numbers add up before you sign. I can say I'm pretty heated but I only blame myself for not reading it so hopefully someone can learn from my mistake. More

Juan Bell, sales consuoltant, was there to meet us when we arrived at the dealership. He could not have been more friendly, considerate or helpful during the time we spend with him. WHile I was waiting I outside for finance I did have the oppurtunity to chat with a couple of other employees, one in particular was Bill. Well I was very skeptical at the beginning, giving my previous experience with car dealers. So, I came on my guards to Sands Chevrolet. Amazingly, I did not have to be afraid because the agent who receiv previous experience with car dealers. So, I came on my guards to Sands Chevrolet. Amazingly, I did not have to be afraid because the agent who received me really went above and beyond my expectations. His customer service is outstanding and his people skills are just amazing. He was able to know exactly what type of vehicle I wanted and he made sure I am aware of all the options possible. Some times, I was kind of a pain in ... with all the questions and conditions I was giving, but he did not loose patience and really focused on me as a person, making sure I have the safest and healthiest deal I can. The first time I went to Sands Chevrolet, I did not purchase anything but, that did not stop troy for taking more than an hour of his time to assist me. We went back and forth for about a month before I decided to purchase anything. I can attest that I really had the best deal i could possibly have and that Troy made me rethink on my perception of car dealers that is basically "make the most money off a customer". Well, At Sands Chevrolet, that was not the case. We worked together on the deal, ensuring a win-win scenario that was actually more favorable to my side. Just to play the devil, I called my financial adviser for like an hour to review the offer that I was given by Troy. Well my adviser is really a tough guy, but, we couldn't find any suspicion on the deal I was offered. Once I purchased my new vehicle, Troy made sure the was nicely cleaned and filled with Gas. He even gave me his personal USB charger, so that i won't have to worry about charging my GPS and Phone. That is what I call real customer service and i am glad i did my purchase at Sands Chevrolet. This company must be very proud to have such a great agent. They are definitely my Number one in the Region and even in the Nation. I never had such a great experience in any other state or car dealers. I am happy I did business with these guys. More
