Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

We had purchased a 2013 Silverado from John and Terry. We then asked them to look for another truck for us in hopes of finding a diesel. John and Terry worked hard for us and we ended up with a 2004 Chevy Di then asked them to look for another truck for us in hopes of finding a diesel. We are so pleased that even when we move back home, we will travel out here to AZ for a truck from Sands. I will not go anywhere else! Anne West was/is an excellent representative of SANDs Chevrolet. After a terrible experience with another Chevrolet dealership, it was refreshing to deal with someone who is competent and customer frien Chevrolet. I didn't feel like I was just another piece of income for Anne. I had numerous questions which she gladly provided the answers. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy immdeiately and make a decision. In fact due to her patience and ability to listen, I actually purchased a different vehicle than what I intended, and purchased one that was more expensive and also met my needs. I cannot stress the customer service Anne delivered, it was/is the reason I will purchase from SANDs in the future. My interaction with her was on the phone yet I felt like I have known her for years. She was very personalble to me and informed about the Chevrolet product. My parents had been shopping around for a New Silverado Crew Cab. We came to Sands Chevrolet because it was conveniently located close to home and my experience many years in the past was good. We test drove 3 trucks and my parents ended up with what they wanted at a price they could afford. The best part is once the paper work started we were in and out of there very quickly and it was a great experience. Literally, I came in after work, arriving around 6pm and the contract was signed by 9pm. Troy L. didn't show me a bunch of vehicles I wasn't interested in or couldn't afford, but instead he listened to what I needed, then led me to the right vehicle for my family and I. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Sands Chevrolet in Glendale and I will most likely be back in another five years. Originally, I was referred to Sands by a friend of mine five years ago, which was when I purchased the first time. Since then I have referred several friends to Sands in Glendale.
