Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Sands Chevrolet - Glendale. I was very pleased with the service that I received on July 4, 2013. Sands Chevrolet and my sales person, Bil Lohmeyer, were Chevrolet - Glendale. I was very pleased with the service that I received on July 4, 2013. Sands Chevrolet and my sales person, Bil Lohmeyer, were excellent and I will highly recommend both of them to my family and friends. Bill was helpful and informative and took very good care of me. I had purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu last year but on June 29, I was involved in an accident that totaled the Malibu. My stress level has been very high and Bill took care of me. He worked very hard to find a replacement car that would suite my needs and he worked very hard to ensure that I got approved for the deal and financed at a reasonalble rate. As a result I was able to drive away in a 2013 Chevy Cruze. I was given a tour of the facility and provided with all information that I need to own and operate my new car. Great Job! 5 stars!!! More

I have had very bad experiences with prior dealerships so i very much dislike car shopping. I voiced this to the sales person and they made sure that the process was quick, easy and enjoyable. I enjoyed the fact that they worked with us and the amount we wanted to pay a month and not requiring us to put an arm and a leg down for down payment. They got us a low interest rate and I couldnt have been happier with the experience. The manager came over and greated us and talked to us and made sure to check on us while we were there. They got us a beautiful car and on low payments and didnt try and take advatage of us. Even after the deal was done and after we signed they didnt just try and get rid of us. They actually fed us because they were celebrating 4th of July. They didnt have to do that but they chose to. And he could have sent us on our way after that but he didnt. He took the time to go sit in the car with us and explain every detail of the car to us. Never have I had this kind of experience. Even after we were leaving and in the car ready to leave the manager still came up to us and made sure to say good bye! Amazing service and very courteous. Definitely will come back for any car purchase and will be recommending others to that dealership. More
