Tim Miller is an excellent salesman with an outgoing, friendly personality. I enjoyed working with him. The problem, is once the car was sold to me. I needed additional customer service, and got NONE. Fr friendly personality. I enjoyed working with him. The problem, is once the car was sold to me. When I went in to resign my papers, because they did find me better financing the person was supposed to send some additonal paperwork with me, to give to the receptionist, and he did not, and it caused MAJOR issues with the receptionist when I went to write my check for my down payment. I was very disatisfied further when the mirror cover to my car came off, and was told "Submit a claim to your insurnace", by the used dealership manager. I was even angered further when I went to the service department and was told to buy a whole new mirror assembly because they can't get just the cover. I must say that Tim Miller finally came through for me. But unfortunately it took 3 weeks of frustration and getting no where with how to contact the general manager. I would buy another vehicle from Tim Miller, but never again from Sands. More
