Our 19 year old daughter had an accident that totaled her Nissan that we just purchased this last March. We came to Phoenix from Utah to help her make her first time car purchase. Buying that car was a nightmare from a dealership we wont name..so i decided to do some research on dealer reviews before we embarked on replacing the wrecked car so it might go easier the 2nd time around. The reviews for Sands Cheverolet were fantastic so we gave them a try. Bill Lohmeyer was our salesman. He is Awesome. Bill is friendly, very knowledgeable, and truly caring. He stayed with us throughout the deal, and made sure our questions were answered. He is also super funny - great sense of humor. I do not impress easily ESPECIALLY when you are dealing with car salesman. Most people dread the dance, and for good reason. NOT here. I was extremely impressed with the way they do a car deal from beginning to end. It took LESS than 4 hours to do our deal, take note that I started the financing process over the phone from Utah. Sands Cheverolet has it going on. You feel the "Family Business" vibe from the get go. They have a system in place that obviously works. And, by the way, I Loved that the finance jockeys are right there front and center Not hidden in a glass room where you feel like its a dirty little secret behind your back. This dealership wants your business FOR LIFE, and they EARN it!! I have a Chevy Traverse, that while I love it, my kids are now grown and I am almost ready to go back to a regular sized car and I will tell you that when I am ready to buy that new car, we will make a trip out here from Utah to see our daughter, AND Bill Lohmeyer and the gang at Sands Cheverolet to buy that new car. Thanks Bill, we leave AZ knowing that if our kid has any trouble with her car nobody has to worry, you guys got it handled!! I also have to add that Ryan Scrutchfield in the finance department went above and beyond to work with our situation. He did an outstanding job!
