This is the worse place to buy a car don't believe anything from these manager JC I went there this past Tuesday to buy a new Traverse I drive a brand new 2013 and I like the car so I decide to buy it anything from these manager JC I went there this past Tuesday to buy a new Traverse I drive a brand new 2013 and I like the car so I decide to buy it after talk to the manager JC he mention that he have another 2013 traverse the only things was the truck have 3000 miles but still brand new same guarantee and all that crap and he will provide me a good discount because the miles and I say way not after the deal was completed they decide to give me full price for the truck and when I try to mention about the discount they say was never offer a discount I try to speak with another manager Ernest Hickman same story awful customer service from this person I return on Wednesday to spoke about new deal and this manager Ernest was not even enough professional to speak with us again he just send another sales person to speak with us and to be transfer to finance he even avoid to have eye contact to us worse service from a manager in other words DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THESE DEALER ………….
