I was in town for a few days. I decided to kill some time by stopping by a few car dealerships. I wasn't really shopping but just browsing. I am in the market to buy a new vehicle, but unsure of where to go and who to speak with. A friend who recently purchased a vehicle from Darren over at Sands Chevrolet referred me to speak with him about where to go and who to speak with. A friend who recently purchased a vehicle from Darren over at Sands Chevrolet referred me to speak with him about a new car purchase. I came and spoke with Darren of what I am looking for in a vehicle. Not once was I felt pressured into buying something before I wanted it. He told me of what I would need for down payment, interest rates, etc. Long story short Darren Fosdick (forgive my spelling if not right!) went above and beyond to make my experience at Sands Chevrolet a very positive one. I now have a better idea of what will suit my needs thanks to Darren. So the next time I set foot in Sands Chevrolet I will be purchasing my vehicle from him. I got to the dealership about 9:30 a.m. and didn't leave until about 4:30 p.m.. You'd think that would be a bad experience but that wasn't the case. Darren worked hard to find the car and a deal I could live with. Darren didn't get frustrated or act put out he just kept working for me. At the end of the day I left with a car and a really good feeling about the deal, thedealership and the way they treat their customers. Everyone was very nice and Darren was very patient. We visited the "Chevrolet Tent Sale" at Phoenix Stadium on 27 April 2013 with the intent of just seeing what was feasible in using our 2010 Chevrolet Traverse as a Trade-In on a new 2013 Chevrolet. Several days before, my wife Theresa had the opportunity to meet Troy Lapeyrollerie where she works. So, we set up an appointment to meet Troy at 10AM on Saturday, 27 April 2013. To make a long story short (but in a good way), Troy helped us immensely in moving from our 2010 Traverse into a new 2013 Equinox LT2. We are very satisfied. The individual who made it all work was Troy. He was extremely courteous, professional, attentive to our thoughts and desire. He worked extremely hard to make "the deal" but to also make us satisfied. And, we are extremely satisfied. Troy did an outstanding job!!! Mike & Theresa Breithaupt More
