To begin with, John Dahle is a consumate professional who listens to what his customer is saying and makes you feel relaxed and welcome at the dealership. He and his team 'bent-over-backwards' to honor my request to have 'factory' foglights installed on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Extended Cab 4X4. The technician/mechanic who did the installation, did an outstanding job! Adam is friendly, patient and always helpful to explain every detail of the work being done to a customer's vehicle. He explained how my alarm system works, the foglights, and when I forgot how the daytime running lights functioned (and the headlights in general) he patiently explained to me how they work. He is definitely a valuable asset to your dealership and I look forward to having him for my Service Consultant in the future. More

I would give Charles an A+++ for listening to my needs, being very helpful, and not haggling me up the price for 7 hours. The whole process did not take very long and I was very satisfied with Charles and all the other customer service I had encountered. We went there last March 23,2013 just to look for a vehicle that will fit our budget and to see their vehicles that was in a magazine. Andy is friendly and approachable but we were not able to find car that's in our budget so we almost gonna go home when Fernando talked to us and show other vehicle and show other options for us and give us time to think about the 2012 sonic ltz that he showed us. The following day after church we called him and we told him that we will buy that red car and Andy is back assisting us up to the last minute and Fernando who is very accommodating that even he is off for that day still help us with our other questions and concerns.
