Chad was amazing from start to finish! I did an online inquiry about a specific car I was interested in and had an email reply within minutes. We set up an appointment to view the vehicle but my husband was unable to make the appointment at the last minute. Regardless of the little hiccup of my missing husband Chad took myself and my three children out for a test drive. He walked me through a complete inspection of the vehicle highlighting all the safety and design features that were important to me and my family. His patients with my squirrely children and his expertise made me feel comfortable right away and the car was great as well! Being a stay at home mom...I couldn't make all of the financial decisions on my own...you would think that would have been a problem...but not for Chad. He helped me iron out an agreement with me and my husband the very next day and we drove off in our Chevy Traverse!!!
