I initially wrote up this huge complaint review but decided to focus on the main issue. Too many employees & not enough Customer Care. Friendly people working there, but failed when it came down to fol decided to focus on the main issue. Too many employees & not enough Customer Care. Friendly people working there, but failed when it came down to following through with simple commitments ex. Ordering floor mats, getting the paperwork right the first signing or returning phone calls. The GM of the dealership did contact us to apologize for the inconveniences. That made a difference to us and hopefully some Customer Service training is in store for this location. More

My boyfriend bought his truck from sands a couple of months ago and chad was our salesman. We found him to be very pleasant to deal with and willing to make our visit comfortable as can be. He did a wonderful job finding exactly what I wanted in my equinox and am very pleased with the one he found me. I had a 2008 2LT, which I absolutely loved and thought if I could find my exact car in the 2012 model, I would buy it. So I consulted the internet. Jim was one of many who replied and exceeded them all. Not only did he find the closest possible match, but gave me a superb price and helped me through a seemless purchase from out-of-state. He always answered the phone and was ready to help me with questions and sending pictures through email in a timely fashion. I didn't have to wait on him; he was readily available and because of this and his great customer service, I am now driving my new 2012 Malibu 2LT.
