Our recent experience purchasing a new truck was wonderful! Prior to contacting the Sands Chevrolet Internet Sales Department, we contacted the internet sales departments of your competitors in Pho wonderful! Prior to contacting the Sands Chevrolet Internet Sales Department, we contacted the internet sales departments of your competitors in Phoenix and Tucson. We had researched the comps of what we were purchasing, and none of your competitors were close to what we were willing to pay. Also, some of your competitors did not call back within an hour or two. One of them did not call back after we had spoken to him. It was frustrating. Then we contacted your internet sales department. Within 10 minutes, Laura Davis called us. She was pleasant, efficient, and extremely professional... and the price she quoted was what we were willing to pay. She assured us that the vehicle we wanted was in-stock and that the price we agreed upon was firm. We then drove up to Sands from our home in Tucson. When we arrived, the truck was parked in front of the sales office. It was beautiful! We met Anne West who works seamlessly with Laura. Wow! What a great duo! Anne answered every question we had during our test drive and afterwards. She prepared the finance paperwork, then drove us over to the finance office. While we were there,we met with Matt, who completed the finance package. At the same time, our truck was being detailed. When we were done at finance, Anne drove us back to the Internet Sales Office to wrap up the sale. The care and attention to detail that Laura and Anne provided through this whole process was amazing. I initially wrote up this huge complaint review but decided to focus on the main issue. Too many employees & not enough Customer Care. Friendly people working there, but failed when it came down to fol decided to focus on the main issue. Too many employees & not enough Customer Care. Ordering floor mats, getting the paperwork right the first signing or returning phone calls. The GM of the dealership did contact us to apologize for the inconveniences. That made a difference to us and hopefully some Customer Service training is in store for this location. More

My boyfriend bought his truck from sands a couple of months ago and chad was our salesman. We found him to be very pleasant to deal with and willing to make our visit comfortable as can be.
