I had a 2008 2LT, which I absolutely loved and thought if I could find my exact car in the 2012 model, I would buy it. So I consulted the internet. Jim was one of many who replied and exceeded them all. Not only did he find the closest possible match, but gave me a superb price and helped me through a seemless purchase from out-of-state. He always answered the phone and was ready to help me with questions and sending pictures through email in a timely fashion. I didn't have to wait on him; he was readily available and because of this and his great customer service, I am now driving my new 2012 Malibu 2LT. These guys and gals are great! Very friendly, no high pressure tactics, yet still very serious about selling cars, no bs, just a great deal. I started out at another Chevrolet dealer (Gateway Chevrolet) pressure tactics, yet still very serious about selling cars, no bs, just a great deal. I started out at another Chevrolet dealer (Gateway Chevrolet) the night before... unfortunately that was 3 hours of my time that I'll never get back. The clowns at the other dealership were not serious about selling cars. Then I met with Paul the sales manager at Sands, & Art my salesman. They took great care of me from beginning to end, being very mindful of my time, even letting me drive the car to my wife for her to see. The whole deal was quick & easy. I love my new Sonic. Chad is in fleet sales, and when I saw him, he was very polite and not "sales push". An agreement was quickly achieved, and there was not the usual "let me get with my manager and see what we can come up polite and not "sales push".
