I had been to several dealers from Fountain Hills to Payson to search for cars fitting my needs. Most recently ,over a period of two days, I worked with three separate salespeople to find the right car for me. Nobody was able to show me a perfect fit but tried extremely hard to sell me what they had. Finally, I met Erin. She listened to what I was looking for and, rather than pushing what she wanted to sell, she found exactly what wanted. She even drove me to a separate dealership to retrieve the perfect car! No hard sell antics, just hard work in finding the right fit for me. I'm very happy with my experience, her service, and my car! More

First I would like to start out by saying that this was the first time that my wife and I had purchased a "used" car; we typically buy new but wanted to be conservative with price and with my daily commute the first time that my wife and I had purchased a "used" car; we typically buy new but wanted to be conservative with price and with my daily commute being over 100 miles daily we wanted to buy a Hybrid for the mileage benefit. We located a 2011 Camry Hybrid on your website, we were unsure about dealing with a salesperson on the used car side of the business based on all the horror stories that you hear about car salespersons. We made a few calls into the dealership to inquire about the vehicle and came in contact with Anne West, at this point all I can say is "WOW", she was very friendly on the phone call and was very patient with all my questions, she followed up on all my calls as promised and even called me back with additional information that she thought would be important to our decision making. We decided to take the leap and headed to the dealer ship to meet Anne and look at the car, we when got there we were met by Anne, she was very friendly, personable and we felt she was very genuine. We looked at the car, drove the car twice, took the car to a sister lot where the lighting was a little better since it was after 8 pm (even though the dealership closed at 8pm). This was a big decision for us and Anne and her team stayed very patient even though it was getting so late. My wife and I decided to buy the car, our decision in part was based on the features of the car but more on the professionalism, patience, and we especially appreciated the straight forward and honest approach of Anne West. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to Anne. Sands Chevy is lucky to have such an incredible and dedicated person on their team. I truly believe that we now have a friend in the car business and Anne will be the first person we contact when needed and the first person that I recommend to my friends and family when they too are in the market. The rating of Good for Customer Service and Friendliness apply only to my sales person, Anne West!!! I would recommend Anne as the best salesperson to work with, but the confusion that followed is why I would not recommend the dealership. I was given misinformation that resulted in my hold check being deposited a day earlier than agreed. This resulted in an overdraft fee from my bank, followed by a fee from CrossCheck, even though the check was later honored. The dealership should have taken care of the overages because it was their fault, but instead, they ignored my calls to the finance office and the only person returning my calls was Anne West, who tried to resolve the issue. I finally spoke with a manager who told me that his staff gave me the wrong information. That was not my fault and I should not have to pay the penalty. They also took so long to pay off the lien on my vehicle, that the company said they are reporting it to my credit report. Then I discovered the bank approved me but not the amount of the loan, so then I had to resign the paperwork because they had to lower the total cost of the vehicle, which on a positive note extended the due date of my first payment, but also extended the time it took to pay off my lien. I was not notified that the paperwork had to be resigned until almost 3 weeks later. Now I am driving with expired license plates and had to make several calls to find out what was going on with that. I am happy with my vehicle, but I am not happy with the service received from management or finance. I was treated with a great deal of courtesy and respect from Anne West and she always took the time to try to answer my questions and always returned my calls. She is an excellent sales person More
