1. Dealership sold me a car for 5000 while saying it was worth 7500. Kelly Blue Book says it is worth 3600. 2. Once the rating was done, they did not honor their warranty or even try to be of help. 3. Warranty was not honored. They lied when I returned it twice for repairs within the warranty period. They said there may be a plastic piece loose underneath but used is not going to tear it apart for that!~ 4. I did not know that they took it off the "not ready for sale" lot to show me. I returned to try to get a truck a few months later, and they told me what that lot was. 5. While trying to return it, I was shuffled around by both phone and appearing in person. More

I drove from Tempe after seeing an ad in the Arizona Republic. It was well worth my time and effort. I had talked on the phone with Ernest Hickman before traveling to the dealership. And that he did. He listened to everything i had to say about my choice of a new Silverado, and particularly he was sensitive to the price I wanted to pay and did not direct me away to anything higher in price. Even though the advertised vehicle was not available, Garry assured me he could get me into a comparable truck at the same price. (i doubted it would work out, but it actually did!!) After locating a Silverado that completely matched my wish list, Gary went over all the details of the truck from bumper to bumper. "haggling" over a price was not necessary. I discussed truck details and payment options with Garry and his boss, Ernest. Rhonda Tyler from PR assisted me next and also was kind and courteous. As an older guy who has bought vehicles over a 45 year timespan, I would absolutely recommend Garry Woods and Sands Chevrolet as 'the place' to get your next vehicle. More

Terry Pearl was very nice & spent a lot of time showing me used cards & new ones. He explained each car I like to me & never tryed to sell me something I didn't like or couldn't afford.
