The overall experience for my husband and I was phenomenal !!!! We was greeted with care even though it was late in the day and the deal was made late in the evening after the dealership was close phenomenal !!!! My FIRST experience buying a truck without a drawn out battle with the sales department. Seriously.... I walked on to that lot in battle mode.... He asked how my day is going, no response from me, just an "Im not bleeping around today" look. His response to my look? Smiles and a handshake. He was nothing but helpful from minute one, which quickly changed my entire attitude. I changed my mind about 6 times deciding between a truck, an avalanche, and a tahoe. Terry never tried to push me towards a vehicle to hurry the sale. It was obvious, he is actually trying to help me make the best decision that I would be happy with down the road.
