My FIRST experience buying a truck without a drawn out battle with the sales department. Seriously.... I walked on to that lot in battle mode.... He was nothing but helpful from minute one, which quickly changed my entire attitude. I changed my mind about 6 times deciding between a truck, an avalanche, and a tahoe. Terry never tried to push me towards a vehicle to hurry the sale. It was obvious, he is actually trying to help me make the best decision that I would be happy with down the road. Finally I decided and it was time to talk Price. I couldnt believe it!! Terry was on my side, trying to get me the best deal possible. One of THE best car buying experiences I have ever had. Erin worked with me online through every step of the deal. Seldom anymore am I truly impressed by sales departments but Sand's has proven to be the exception. And this level of excellence seems to continue. Just the other day we noticed that the passebger air bag lights in our 2013 Spark were coming on, the bell alarm sounding for a few moments and then shutting off. I email Erin from work to see who I needed to call to set a time to bring the vehicle in. Within minutes not only was I receiving emails back from Erin but a phone call as well from the Service Department to set up a time. My expectations have definitely been exceeded and with the level of customer service and professionalism that we have received, I cannot see myself ever using another dealership to buy a car from.
