i went to sands chevy to get my car serviced when i was Approached by charles madden he ask if i wanted to trade my car in i said no at first then he hit me with "if i test drive a car i can enterd to win Approached by charles madden he ask if i wanted to trade my car in i said no at first then he hit me with "if i test drive a car i can enterd to win $500" so i did like a sucker. i was there for 10hrs and the only deal he could get was $720 a month i said no so i left . the next day charles call said he got the deal i wanted and it was for truck i said i didnt want to go back unless it was in finace he said it was so i went bck again and of course it wasnt the manager came to talk to me and said he had a bank Appreovale but they wanted a $1000 down and still $750 payment that was the last straw i said hell no and left that was the worst experiance i had ever had and a total let down. the next day i was telln a freind and she told me about courtesy chevy so i tried them online and in 15mins harvey called me and ask if i could come n i expained what happend at sands and he ensured me that would not happen there at courtesy i get there he already had mostly all my info from online just need a lil more info left for a few mins. and came back and said to follow him we went to A lot with band new silverados and said pick a color i did we test drove it i loved it went back inside before i knew it we made a deal the finace guy came to talk to me said i juast had to sihn iwas there a total of 3and a half hour and left with A 2012 chevy silverado fully loaded with a $500 payment and $1500 bucks cash back now thats deal More

Price was very fair, car was delivered clean, Sales Professional gave me a detailed review on how to use all features of car. He spent time to make sure I understood how to use everything on my Tahoe Professional gave me a detailed review on how to use all features of car. He spent time to make sure I understood how to use everything on my Tahoe from the simple windshield wipers to the more complicated radio and steering wheel buttons. He also spent time to show me how to fold down both the 2nd row and 3rd row seating. During the walk around we discovered a windshield wiper needed to be replaced and he took care of it immediately. This is my 4th car purchase from Sands-Glendale and I am very pleased that they treat me fairly and I don't have to listen to a Sales pitch for hours. More
