I resceached The Equinox on line and had contected with Terry early on. My husband and I of course wanted the best deal we could get and were very upfront stating that we had pre-approved financing throug Terry early on. This was our first ever used car purchase. We wanted to stay within a certain price range and Israel stayed within our requested cost. There was construction in the area and Israel took the time to drive t stay within a certain price range and Israel stayed within our requested cost. Israel was thorough in his explanation of warranties versus non-warranty and advised he would attempt to obtain the best interest rates which matched our budget. Israel, also became a mediator of sorts as the vehicle which was turned in/traded into Sands Chevrolet was held up a bit due to an unforseen situation on the other end of the trade in. Israel was able to expedite the paperwork process and insured us we would still be able to obtain the particular vehicle we purchased. Approximately three days after our purchase Israel contacted me and advised he was conducting a follow-up call to see if we were satisfied with the vehicle and also to advise us of the financial institution whom our loan was with.
