I walked into the internet dept. by mistake, but was greeted by Erin Morgan who turned out to be the most friendly and attentive sales person I have dealt with. Charles Madden showed me options on cars and ensured that I felt comfortable. He even took the time to teach me how to drive a car with a manual transmission! He has a great sense of humor and kept be entertained with great conversation while we waited to finalize everything. You can tell by the way Charles acts that he really cares about the satisfaction and well being of every customer even if you only come in to take a look at a few cars. Charles gave me a 100% hassle free experience and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I also had a great experience with Rhonda from customer service she answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car. I wasn't in the market to get a different car originally, but my parents had bought a car here and recommended that I look into it, because of my situation. So I came in and saw Pete Johnson. Pete not only made me feel at home and was funny, friendly and outgoing with great customer service skills and had great product knowledge; but gave me hope that something could be done for me, to better my situation. We worked together to find out what I could afford and what I could not. He is a great no pressure salesman with a good attitude, and I would recommend him to anyone!
