Charles Madden showed me options on cars and ensured that I felt comfortable. He even took the time to teach me how to drive a car with a manual transmission! He has a great sense of humor and kept be entertained with great conversation while we waited to finalize everything. You can tell by the way Charles acts that he really cares about the satisfaction and well being of every customer even if you only come in to take a look at a few cars. Charles gave me a 100% hassle free experience and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I also had a great experience with Rhonda from customer service she answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car.
