This is my second truck I bought through Jim Sommer. I was getting ready to go on a job and was having to get a travel trailer. Was not too far from the dealership and gave Jim a call to see what he had f was getting ready to go on a job and was having to get a travel trailer. Was not too far from the dealership and gave Jim a call to see what he had for 3/4 ton. My 2011 1/2 ton wasn't going to work for the trailers I was looking at. Didn't get too far on the trailer shopping, I was not too far from the dealership so he said come on in and we'll find you something. Not too long later I was driving home a 2500 HD 2012. I was actually thinking Dodge my next truck but Jim is so easy to work with so new Chevy it is again. Which worked out perfect because I was able to buy a little bigger 5th wheel trailer because I now had the truck to haul it with. Thanks again Jim. I dropped in on Sands Glendale to see a specific Silverado I had seen listed on the internet. When I arrived, Angle Balboa gave me quick and honest answers, even though he had to tell me that the t Silverado I had seen listed on the internet. When I arrived, Angle Balboa gave me quick and honest answers, even though he had to tell me that the truck I was looking for had been sold the day before. He gave me that information within three minutes of my question. He offered to show me more options and explained the big incentives that were being offered at the time. After seeing a number of new trucks, I was able to complete a deal and drive out in a 2012 version of the 2011 I originally came in to see. Because of the incentives, I was able to get the new truck at nearly the same price as the pre-owned internet listing. Angle did a great job of selling, no run around and no B.S. The team in the pre-owned area of the dealership was humming like a well oiled machine. It was good to see a lot of deals being done, by a crew that acted at the top of their professional game. On the back end of the deal, Greg Coe and Rhonda Tyler did great work in finance and delivery. All in all a very good truck buying experience. More

I was advised from a family member to visit Sands Chevrolet to take a look at there selection of used cars. In the end i decided to not purchase a vehicle because i was unable to find what i was looking for.
