I went in on a whim Ran into Anne and from that moment on she went out of her way to find the perfect truck for me. At a lower price then anywhere else i could find. I just have to say that this is probably the best service I have received at a dealer ship and I have been to quite a few. I brought my car in for service and forgot my house keys in my loaner car during my I have received at a dealer ship and I have been to quite a few. I brought my car in for service and forgot my house keys in my loaner car during my service visit. Needless to say I was locked out of my house. I came in on Mother's day when service was closed and of course my keys were in the service bay. I then went to the sales department where I met Annie and explained my situation. Annie went above and beyond in finding someone who had access by placing numerous calls and us walking around the dealership to find out who may have had access. Everytime I lost hope Annie continued making efforts while anyone else at any other dealership probably would have told me to come back on Monday while service was open. To make a long story short Annie was able to retrieve my house keys. I was so impressed with the service I received from her that I offered to buy her lunch and have it delivered to the dealership and she declined. She told me that she was just happy to get me back into my house. I was speechless. Its people like her that will keep someone loyal to coming back not only for service needs but to also purchase their next vehicle. Once again I cant thank you enough and my dog thanks you too! Our Sales consultant was wonderful. He did a great job at not pressuring us or making us feel obliged to committ to anything. He got a the car we were looking for even when it wasn't in the their lot. Nelson not pressuring us or making us feel obliged to committ to anything. His supervisor on the other hand, I believe his name was Andrew, was the complete opposite. He tried to make us feel guilty for wanting to go somewhere else when at first we could not get the deal we wanted. He went as far as telling us we were wasting his and his sales consultant's time and efforts when we decided that we might go somewhere else because we couldn't find what we were looking for and he even tried to push a couple lemons onto us when we clearly stated exactly what we wanted not realizing WE are the Consumer and it is OUR business which secures his job and postion. If not for Nelson we wouldn't have stayed and purchased a vehicle here. We were even promised a certain deal by one of the financing associates but in the end got nothing close. If not for Nelson and actually having the exact car we were looking for, I would probably convince everyone i know that this place has the worst ethics and one of the supervisors has the worst, nastiest approaches to auto sales I could ever imagine. It would have been a traumatic experience if Nelson did not personally take care of us the way he did. More
